me and "work"

I work in Real Estate as Marketing. Facing a variety of characters makes me not so easy to hurt and give up. If a particular case for some people is not resolved, but for me it would be done well, it will be a meaningful challenge for me because it will make me more creative and easier to get a solution for subsequent cases.  For me all kind of works is same good if we do with sincere hearts and instill like work in God's farm, then the failure will not make me easy to give up. more and more failures will make me more confident and got up to get the success that was awaiting me there. I believe in this life there isn't a coincidence. Everything has designed by God. Family or partners or employee or  a friend even close friends will be valuable to me, because they are the supporters of the success of my life. I'm sure, we will receive more goodness in our life  if we giving goodness  for people. However, on the contrary, if we do a crime , we would recieve crime more bad than we make. "sow, reap - karma"
