Hello Beautiful Spirits. Over the past few weeks, the winds of change have been picking up, howling even. This can create fear in the hearts of many because it signifies change… in any process of change, large or small, there is a reminder of death that occurs. The concept of death isn’t something the ego responds well to and for good reason: survival! Fear is a primal form of intuition that has enabled us to evolve. Thus, it represents a healthy form of natural resistance… life is glorious and we have to protect the beauty and glory of our be-ing!
However, change is also an inherent component to life because it is also change that enables us to evolve and survive… in our bodies and our souls. Imagine if the cells in our bodies began to fear death and ceased their natural process of apoptosis, or programmed cell death… we’d wind up with tumors, cancer, zombie cells, etc… our bodies would cease to function completely. C
Change happens every moment of every day in the natural world… it bears the joy of new life, new opportunities, space, and freedom. As beings of the natural world we tend to become caught up in cycles that no longer serve us: conditioned patterns, habits, addictions, and rigid beliefs that can become suffocating.
We expend a tremendous amount of energy fearing fear, fearing change. This largely stems from the ego’s fear of the unknown… that if we don’t stick to what we know, we’ll spin out of control. Statements reverberate through our minds such as: “What will happen to me if I completely surrender control?”… “will all of my accomplishments and choices have no meaning if I stop doing this or leave this situation?”… “Will I lose everything?”… “Will something bad happen if I change?” All of these statements project the same black and white thinking that is imposed upon us throughout lifetimes of duality consciousness.
These statements are juxtaposed by the cravings we feel for space, freedom, creation. Our inner child rebels when life becomes too boxed in- when we resist change. In this sense, not allowing our hearts to open to and accept the gradual process of change results in unhealthy resistance to our healthy primal resistance! When we resist our healthy resistance, we remain in the cage, enslaved by dysfunctional systems, rules, and ways that are hurting the Earth and her Children… this creates pain and dis-ease.
The era of duality-consciousness is now in a period of flux into an emerging era of heightened unity and balance. Please understand that change is going to occur with or without you. If you flow with it and flood your heart with the light and joy of rebirth into new possibilities and ways of be-ing, you experience the very purpose and glory of change itself: growth, wisdom, healing, manifestation, evolution, purification, balance, freedom, communion with self and other… you see the similarities in all things instead of the differences.
The Earth shifts have recently created the perception of a surge of howling winds within our minds and bodies at an accelerated rate... we are aligning and synchronizing with others but often it seems like too much too fast! It's almost as though as soon as we re-calibrate and establish balance after one change, another change is flowing through from the other direction... sometimes several at one time! The strange weather phenomena, confrontations with shadow energies in self and other, and stirrings in our wombs for new life via children or new creative projects all represent manifestations of the Earth changes that are shaking up, bolstering, raising the vibration of Earth and every living creature on the planet. This is why it's so important to slooowww down, breathe, and practice self-work.
Indeed, change does happen gradually but, especially now, it’s picking up its pace. It is essential for us to understand and accept that the changes that are occurring around us are out of our control. Simply saying "I dooon't knooow" can serve as a magical elixir to facilate acceptance and check the ego at the gate. The only thing we can control is our response to and perception of change. Transmutation of any shadow in our energy field is most easily facilitated by turning inwards and visiting heart’s center, where we have access to the high vibrational energies of unconditional divine love.
When you are centered, open, and accepting in our heart’s center, you learn to see what's new in every moment instead of what has changed. There is something new in every moment... discover what that is… get curious! As you do, you start to affect positive change in others simply by be-ing... when this occurs you truly begin to manifest your service as a warrior of peace. The more you turn inwards and visit your hearts center, no matter where you are, you will always represent a beacon of light and safe harbor of love to others... because you are a beacon and safe harbor of light to yourself.
Thus, if you're feeling as though chaos is encircling your winter boat on stormy seas, please empower yourself to remember that, by visiting hearts center and turning inwards, you connect to your over-soul, your compass. When you are safe and grounded in your heart’s center, no matter where the winds carry you physically, you are always home, warm, loved, whole. That space of warmth, bliss, and peace never changes because it is the source of everything and everyone in the universe. It is limitless, expansive, liberating, revitalizing and also the safest, most unconditionally loving space that exists. T
The four winds are currently merging into one wind, one direction… thus, this beautiful blending of winds may change our egos’ anticipated, expected navigational course in life. Beautiful Spirits, please remember that the merging and weaving of these winds will always carry you to the same place you would have wound up in the first place! The process of change is only painful when we try to resist it, thus perpetuating fear. Shift your perception to the flipside: the joy of birth, creation, life, unity... something new and exciting.
Infusing light into uncertainty and unhealthy resistance will provide you a clearer, more balanced and abundant perspective as you transmute areas of gray in your energy field created by fear to excitement, joy, youth, and vitality. Love change, accept change, ground within the changes... and you'll find that not much changes save the growth of love, freedom, joy, strength in the space of your own heart.
